Sorry you are back to this page. Your browser is most likely not accepting cookies that this system uses to identify you
There are several reasons this might happen: 1: Are you using a new web browser (for example switching from Netscape to Internet Explorer) or a different computer? Cookies are specific to each browser and computer. 2: Are you sure you are going to the same address? Do you have the old URL bookmarked? The correct Companion address should read http://companion.ca. If you go to http://www.companion.ca, a cookie that was set if you previously visited us at http://companion.ca will not work, and vice versa - set a bookmark, and use it.
3: Are your cookies turned on? In Netscape, click Edit Preferences then click the little triangle in front of Privacy (or click Advanced if you don't see Privacy) then click Cookies then enable all cookies and click ok When the dialogue closes, login again.
4: Is your browser refreshing? In Netscape, click Edit Preferences then click the little triangle in front of Advanced then click Cache then enable "every time I view the page" When the dialogue closes, login again. If you still cannot login, it is likely that either your browser is broken and needs to be re-installed, or your computer is behind a firewall which is not passing the new pages back to you. These problems can only be remedied at your end. Sorry. |
